We do not provide any returns/exchanges for the following:

1) The products have been stored or assembled incorrectly.
2) The products have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or impacts or accidents.
3) The products have been damaged due to external factors such as exposure to the sun, dampness, dust or mites etc...
4) The damage is on the mesh, fabric and leather covers, seat and back cushions.
5) The damaged item is used outside the original delivery address, i.e. outside Hong Kong or Macau.

Please read the following carefully:

1) The price does not include assembly service. Assembly charge is $300 per chair.
2) Free delivery service is valid for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories urban areas.
3) Surcharge will be applied for remote areas such as outlying islands, and trucks can’t be reached.
4) $50 surcharge per floor without lift facilities.
5) $50 surcharge per 50 meters for delivery location is 100 meters away from the parking location.
6) Our shipping team will confirm the order with customer before delivery. All extra charges will be paid in cash and presented to our courier upon delivery.
