Standard Exchange Policy

  • For all products purchased at Altech Online Store, if the good is a defective product or damaged (non-human); it can be replaced for an exception (one order can only be returned once). All goods that has been deliberately damaged in quality or performance cannot be exchanged.


How to apply for a Exchange?

  • If the goods are found damaged, please record it by good quality photos and email to "" within 5 working days (subject to the delivery record). Customer must state the reason for the return and provide related photos for process. Please allow at least 3 working days for our team to follow up. If our team confirms that the product is non-human damaged, we will arrange a new unit for exchange. Please arrange the goods to be returned to Atech within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • If Altech fails to collect back the goods from customer within 7 days, Altech reserves the right to cancel the return of the goods.

  • Please follow below return procedure:

    • Keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, documents and related gifts.​

    • Email your contact, related photos of damaged goods and including Altech warranty sticker on box packaging, indicate the exchange and list the reasons to ""

    • *Photo content must be clear and visible

    • After Altech confirms that the goods status meets the requirements of the return policy, we will notify you for the exchange application as soon as possible and provide the case number.

    • Please arrange for the goods to be returned to Altech Computer CS Centre. If using the courier service, please protect the product box with a suitable package and attach the case number with damaged product. All shipping costs for the return will be borne by the buyer.

    • The exchange unit will be provided upon stock availability.

Refund Policy

  • We will only provide a refund upon orders when stock is unavailable or confirmed EOL (end of life).

  • For online payment orders, refunds will be refunded directly to the credit card account you used to make the purchase. Please note that the actual refund processing time for each bank varies and a handling fee will be charged.

  • Please note that we will only refund the local bank account and the bank account holder name must be the same as the bill contact name of the order.

  • Coupons that were used during purchase will not be refunded.

Can I change the color, capacity or shipping address on the order when the order is completed?

  • For already paid orders, please contact our customer service asap to see if it can be changed before we ship out the order.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service to follow up.

Failed Delivery?

  • If the goods are delivered by SF, the customer fails to pick up the goods at the specified time and the goods are returned by SF; Altech will not arrange for delivery again. The customer must pick up the goods at the customer center.

Product Warranty?

  • All products sold by Altech are packaged with Altech Computer warranty stickers. Customers only need to provide the purchase invoice and warranty sticker of the product to enjoy the relevant maintenance service with/without registration. All products purchased through the Altech Online Store are in the form of "self-contained". Customers are required to bring their products to Altech Computer Customer Service Centre for repair service. Click here for more details.
