Shopping Policy

  • The prices indicated on Altech Online Store are all in Hong Kong dollars. Our store is aimed for Hong Kong and Macau users.

  • Once the order is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • For pre-orders, order cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • Upon successful order placement, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

  • All orders are required to complete payment at check out process.

  • Customers are required to provide their real name and phone number.

  • Customers are required to check the goods once order is delivered/picked up. If there are any problems, please report to Altech immediately for follow up within 5 working days. You are required to keep the signed receipts and the goods (including the original packaging). Please refer to "Return Policy" for more details.

  • Altech Computer System Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision by Altech Computer System Ltd. will be final.

  • If you have any inquiries, please feel free to contact us by phone, email, "contact us" message feature or check through our Facebook page and inbox us. Please note that we can only respond during our office hours and we will respond back as soon as possible,


Shipping Policy

  • Our team will check the goods before shipment to confirm that the goods meet the description.

  • At this time, we can only ship the products to commercial residential addresses (except closed area) within HKSAR.

  • For HKSAR - Orders of HK$500 or above will be shipped for free. For orders less than $500, the shipping charge is HK$30 per order.

  • For Macau - Free delivery service not available, please contact us for the cost as each order will have different a shipping charge.

  • After you have selected the delivery service during the ordering process, you can select the available shipping options and rates.

  • If the products are returned to us due to conflict between the delivery address and the address you filled in, no shipping charge can be refunded, but you will be issued a full refund for such products.

Shipping Policy​ for Gaming Chairs and Desks

  • Chair prices does not include assembly service. Assembly charge is $300 per chair.

  • Desk prices includes free assembly service.

  • Free delivery service is valid for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories urban areas.

  • Surcharge will be applied for remote areas such as outlying islands, and trucks can’t be reached.

  • $50 surcharge per floor without lift facilities.

  • $50 surcharge per 50 meters for delivery location is 100 meters away from the parking location.

Self-collection Policy at Altech CS Centre

  • At order check out, you can select a desirable self-collection method such as Altech Computer Customer Service Centre to self-collect your order.

  • If you select "Altech Computer Customer Service Centre" for pickup (if applicable), the goods will be ready within 3 working days and the customer will be notified by message or phone call.

  • If you select "S.F Store" for pickup (if applicable), the goods will be ready and shipped out within 3 working days.

  • If you select "Standard Delivery", the goods will be ready and shipped out within 3 working days. Please note that our delivery team or courier will contact you during delivery arrangements and before arriving the destination.
